Welcome Rain and Upcoming Landscaping Schedule!

What a relief a little rain has brought this week! After a stretch of dry weather, it feels wonderful to see the landscape soaking up some much-needed moisture. Let’s hope this is just the beginning of a steady pattern of rain to keep our grounds healthy and vibrant.

This morning, the village looked truly magical, with fresh dew glistening across the grass and gardens—a simple reminder of how beautiful our surroundings can be when nature lends a hand.

Looking ahead to May, Integrated Landscaping will be on site for regular maintenance as follows:

• May 5th – Mowing

• May 16th – Mowing and Trimming

• May 29th – Mowing

Important Guidelines:

• Residents are asked NOT to approach the landscaping crew during their work.

• Please do not request assistance from the crew to move or carry personal items.

• Before the trim visit, please place a reflector stick or a visible "No Trim" sign in front of areas where trimming is not required.

The landscaping crew cannot accommodate individual homeowner requests for custom or additional work.

Please note that our community’s landscaping contract is NOT and has never been à la carte.
